Revenue Operations Manager

What You'll Be Doing

Breedr is digitizing the global beef supply chain across the US, UK, and Australia. We've just closed our Series B fundraising round and are scaling our commercial operations across multiple products, customer segments, and markets.

We’re looking for a highly analytical Revenue Operations Manager to build the data, systems, and processes that help Breedr understand and improve commercial performance. This role will work across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and leadership to create a clear view of our revenue engine and identify where we can make it more effective.

The ideal candidate is a data person first: someone who enjoys getting into the numbers, can turn messy commercial data into useful insights, and is equally comfortable building a dashboard, analyzing conversion rates, or working with commercial teams to improve how data is captured in the first place.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own revenue reporting and analytics across SaaS, cattle trading, and emerging product lines, producing the dashboards, KPIs, and recurring reporting used by commercial and leadership teams, with consistent metric definitions across products, markets, and segments.
  • Build and maintain pipeline and revenue forecasting models, improving forecast accuracy and surfacing risks, opportunities, and drivers of performance.
  • Own the health of commercial data, defining data standards, maintaining data hygiene across the CRM and connected systems, and ensuring reporting is consistent and accurate.
  • Analyze sales productivity by region, salesperson, product, and customer segment to identify trends and opportunities to improve performance.
  • Design and maintain scalable sales and revenue processes, including pipeline stages, deal qualification criteria, team handoffs, and quote-to-cash workflows.
  • Partner with Finance to reconcile commercial and financial reporting, ensuring consistency between pipeline, bookings, and recognized revenue.
  • Support commissions and incentive planning, including modeling plan design, tracking attainment, and calculating payouts.
  • Develop reporting and analysis to support international expansion and understand differences in commercial performance across the US, UK, and Australia.
About You
  • 3+ years of professional experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations, commercial analytics, or a similarly analytical role
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to work with large or complex datasets and translate analysis into business recommendations, including advanced Excel skills
  • Experience building dashboards and reporting in a BI tool
  • Hands-on experience administering a CRM and connected commercial systems, Hubspot experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into clear recommendations for commercial and leadership audiences
  • Strong attention to detail and a high bar for data accuracy
  • Experience in a high-growth or early-stage environment preferred, should be comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment and taking ownership of problems that do not yet have clearly defined processes or solutions

Benefits

  • Competitive salary
  • Health, vision, dental and life insurance - 80% company paid
  • 4 weeks PTO plus most US federal holidays off
  • Well-being allowance
