Customer Success Assistant (12 Month Fixed Term)
We are looking for a Customer Success Assistant (Fixed Term) to join the Breedr team from September 2024. You will work alongside the Customer Success Manager, assisting farmers and supply chain customers to ensure optimal use of the Breedr app.
Main roles include answering customer queries through calls, emails and live chat, diagnosing technical software issues, creating resources to support farmers and quality testing of the Breedr app. This farmer facing role is an essential part of the business and you must have agricultural experience preferably with cattle, a friendly manner and desire to make farmers days better.

Who are we?
Breedr launched its Precision Livestock Management app in 2019 and is on the mission to empower farmers, processors and food retailers with tools to produce transparency, traceability, environmentally and commercially sustainable meat, safeguarding the future of their business and plant. It now supports over 2.8 million cattle from 6,500 farms across the UK, EU, US and Australia. We are constantly developing a suite of tools which will help farmers make better informed decisions improving animal management and animal health to deliver a production base fit for the future.
Provide Customer Support to Farmers and Users:
- Work directly with farmers and supply chain users.
- Assist users using the app and enhancing their experience and usability of Breedr
- Cover emails, live chat and telephone lines to support farmers
- Troubleshooting complex issues
- Diagnose issues within the software application, identify sources of the problem and work with the tech team to offer solutions
- Build farmer friendly user guides to aid farmers whilst using the app
Contribute to Software Design and Development
- Be involved in developing new ideas to make farmers lives easier by suggesting improvements and resolve potential issues in the development process
- Become a Breedr superuser and engage with the Breedr product to find bugs, suggest solutions and write articles on its use.
- Take part in quality testing before new features are released to our users
- Fully remote working (with opportunity for regular meet ups in the Bristol office)
